The powerful models in the UniMaster Clean series are powered completely without oil. This mean that oil cannot possibly reach the compressed air or condensate. This is a basic requirement, especially for powering dental tools in surgeries. The compressors are also approved as a medical devices in line with 93/42/EEC.
Low speeds and high-quality components ensure an extremely long service life. The ideal airflow ensures optimal unit cooling and supports a particularly low operating temperature. This guarantees continuous operation and a switch-on duration of 80%. The mechanical operating hours meter also monitors the actual running time, enabling a precise analysis for maintenance and service work.
The membrane drying system provides dry and clean compressed air and therefore optimal compressed air preparation. The system consists of a compressed air cooler, a filtration system comprising a pre-filter and an ultra-fine filter, as well as the maintenance-free membrane dryer [pressure dew point of -30 °C]. By using this process, the UniMaster Clean delivers dry and clean compressed air in line with the ISO 8573-1 standard. With compressed air of this high quality, the new Clean compressors meet the high requirements of the dental sector in every regard.
Suitable for use in workspaces
The UniMaster Clean Silent versions boast particularly low noise levels and smooth running characteristics with barely noticeable vibrations. The compressors are equipped with a soundproofing housing or hood and supply clean compressed air exactly where it is needed – directly in the workspace.
The 40 l and 90 l vessels are type-tested. As such, the installation and recurring inspections can be performed by a person qualified to test pressure equipment as per BetrSichV (German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health). Schneider airsystems also offers a 15-year rust warranty on vessels with baked internal coatings for the UniMaster Clean compressors.
